Ingredients

  • 2 oz (56 g) dried ashwagandha root

  • 16 oz (475 mL) vodka

Preparation

  1. Place 2 oz (56 g) of ashwagandha root into a 16 oz (475 mL) jar.

  2. Cover the root completely with vodka.

  3. Seal the jar and shake well.

  4. Store it in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking occasionally.

  5. Strain and transfer the tincture to a dark glass bottle.
