Ingredients
2 oz (56 g) dried ashwagandha root
16 oz (475 mL) vodka
Preparation
Place 2 oz (56 g) of ashwagandha root into a 16 oz (475 mL) jar.
Cover the root completely with vodka.
Seal the jar and shake well.
Store it in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking occasionally.
Strain and transfer the tincture to a dark glass bottle.
